These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the 234ph platform, website, and all associated services. By registering an account or placing any wager on 234ph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions set out below. Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing any 234ph service.

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and access real-money services on 234ph. This is a PAGCOR regulatory requirement. Valid Philippine government-issued ID is required for identity verification during registration.
Each player is entitled to one 234ph account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Accounts created with falsified information or used by persons who do not meet eligibility requirements will be suspended and balances forfeited.

Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "234ph," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the 234ph platform, licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
- "Platform" refers to the 234ph website accessible at https://234ph.vip, its subdomains, associated mobile applications, and all software, content, and services delivered through those environments.
- "Player," "you," or "Member" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 234ph Platform and uses any of its services.
- "Account" refers to the registered account held by a Player on the 234ph Platform, through which the Player accesses real-money gaming services.
- "Wallet" or "Balance" refers to the funds credited to a Player's Account for use on the 234ph Platform, including both Main Wallet and Bonus Wallet balances where applicable.
- "Games" refers to all gaming products available through the 234ph Platform, including live dealer games, online slots, bingo, specialty games, and sports betting markets.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player's Account subject to applicable bonus terms.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under whose license 234ph operates.
- "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law.
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to statutes include amendments to those statutes.
Eligibility and Account Registration
Important: Access to real-money services on 234ph is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, consistent with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for all regulated gambling in the Philippines. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.
To register a 234ph Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
- You are at least 21 years of age and hold a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.
- You are a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted under Philippine law to access online gaming services offered by a PAGCOR-licensed operator.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person.
- You do not hold any existing Account with 234ph. Each individual is permitted one Account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from 234ph or had a 234ph Account terminated for cause.
- Gambling is not prohibited under the laws of your country of residence or any jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of 234ph or its holding companies, subsidiaries, or technology providers.
By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and identity documentation — is accurate, current, and complete. You further agree to update this information promptly if circumstances change. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
KYC Verification: 234ph is required under PAGCOR licensing conditions to verify the identity of all real-money account holders. You are required to submit a clear photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as PhilSys, UMID, passport, or driver's license) and, where required, a selfie photograph holding the ID. Real-money deposits, withdrawals, and certain promotional features are contingent on successful KYC verification. 234ph reserves the right to restrict Account functionality pending verification and to request supplementary documentation at any time.
Account Security and Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 234ph Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to take the following precautions to safeguard your Account:
- Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service or platform.
- Enable two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) on your Account where available.
- Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
- Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
- Notify 234ph's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
234ph will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from 234ph requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt. 234ph accepts no liability for losses resulting from the unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether you authorized each individual action. You must not allow any other person to access your Account or conduct any activity on your behalf.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions
234ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through the following verified payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are subject to the following terms:
- Deposits: Must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya reflect in your 234ph Wallet within seconds under normal operating conditions.
- Withdrawals: Are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Verified accounts in good standing may receive withdrawals within minutes for standard amounts via GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one to three banking business days.
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML): 234ph is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160) and its amendments. Transactions that appear unusual or that exceed reporting thresholds may be subject to enhanced due diligence, processing delays, or mandatory reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). 234ph reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal.
- Currency: All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 234ph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
- Inactive Account Fees: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee, applied monthly thereafter. Players will be notified by email or SMS before any such fee is applied.
Player Fund Protection: In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements, player funds held in 234ph Wallets are maintained in segregated accounts separate from 234ph's operational funds. This means your balance is protected from use for any operational purpose other than the settlement of your wagering activity and authorized withdrawals.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
234ph may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, VIP tier benefits, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and applicable Games are specified per promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the promotion's validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
- Game Contribution Rates: Not all Games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, specialty games, and certain slot categories may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10% or 20%). Specific contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's terms.
- Maximum Bet Restriction: While a Bonus Wallet balance is active on your Account, your maximum permitted bet per round is ₱500 or as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Exceeding the maximum bet restriction during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributable to it.
- Bonus Abuse: 234ph reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it detects abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotion mechanics through coordinated betting strategies, or providing false information to qualify for an offer.
- VIP Program: The 234ph VIP Program operates on a tier-based points system. Tier qualification periods, points accumulation rules, and tier-specific benefits are detailed in the VIP Program documentation available within the Platform. 234ph reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP Program with reasonable notice.
234ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice where required by regulatory instruction, technical necessity, or to prevent abuse. Any such action will not affect promotional rewards already validly earned prior to the change.
Games, Fair Play, and Wagering Rules
All Games available on the 234ph Platform are operated in accordance with PAGCOR's technical standards. The following rules apply to all gaming activity on 234ph:
- Game Rules: Each Game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the Game interface. Players are advised to review Game rules before wagering. 234ph is not liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of Game rules.
- RNG Certification: All non-live Games (slots, RNG table games, virtual sports) use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested for fairness and unpredictability. RNG certification reports are available upon request.
- Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers in a monitored studio environment. Game outcomes are determined by physical events (card draws, dice throws, roulette wheel spins) and are not influenced by any software algorithm. Recorded footage of all live game rounds is retained for dispute purposes.
- Voided Games: 234ph reserves the right to void any wager or round of play where a malfunction, technical error, or disconnection has materially affected the outcome. Wagers voided for this reason will be refunded to the Player's Wallet. Continued play after a known technical error is not grounds for retention of winnings.
- Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction affecting the display or calculation of odds, payouts, or outcomes, 234ph reserves the right to withhold payout pending investigation. Any payment made in error will be recoverable from the Player's Account.
Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 234ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Creating more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
- Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity in violation of Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act).
- Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or technical errors for financial gain.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human control.
- Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any competitive format.
- Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving services or winnings from 234ph.
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 234ph staff or other Players via any Platform communication channel.
Fraud Detection: 234ph employs fraud detection systems that monitor wagering patterns, account behavior, and payment activity. Suspicious activity may trigger enhanced verification, account holds, or investigation without prior notice. Cooperation with 234ph's compliance team during any investigation is a condition of maintaining account access.
Responsible Gaming and Player Protection
234ph is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools within every account to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that apply automatically. Once a limit is set, reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session Timers: Configurable session time limits with optional notification alerts when the set duration is reached.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary pause on gaming activity for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Cooling-off restrictions are applied immediately and cannot be removed early.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from 234ph may request self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is applied across the entire Platform. Self-excluded Players must not attempt to re-register; any such attempt will be rejected, and balances forfeited.
234ph strongly encourages any Player who believes their gambling may be harmful to themselves or others to make use of these tools immediately. If you need external support, PAGCOR operates a responsible gaming hotline available to all Philippine residents.
Access to 234ph is strictly limited to Players aged 21 and above. If you become aware that a minor has accessed the Platform using your Account, you must notify 234ph's support team immediately.
Account Suspension, Termination, and Fund Return
234ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
- Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment from any associated payment method.
- At the instruction of PAGCOR or any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
- For responsible gaming reasons, including where 234ph has reasonable grounds to believe continued play poses a risk to the Player.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's Wallet balance will be held. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the balance will be released. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach and applicable regulatory requirements.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may request closure through the account settings or by contacting support. Any remaining Main Wallet balance will be returned to a verified payment method upon request, subject to outstanding wagering requirement obligations being settled.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
The 234ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 234ph disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
234ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 234ph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or opportunity.
234ph does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or events beyond 234ph's reasonable control (including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or regulatory action) may affect Platform availability. 234ph shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By accessing 234ph, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that past results do not predict future outcomes. 234ph does not guarantee that any Player will achieve a profit from wagering activity on the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
Intellectual Property and Platform Content
All content on the 234ph Platform — including but not limited to the 234ph brand name, logo, graphic design, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio, and promotional material — is the proprietary property of 234ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit:
- Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from 234ph.
- Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of any software component of the Platform.
- Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the Platform.
- Creating derivative works based on 234ph content without authorization.
Privacy and Data Protection
234ph's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the 234ph Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. The Privacy Policy can be accessed at 234ph.vip/privacy-policy.
By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) of the Philippines. You acknowledge that 234ph may be required to disclose your personal information to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other competent government authorities in compliance with its legal and regulatory obligations.
Amendments to These Terms
234ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR instruction, applicable law, or urgent security necessity.
Your continued use of the 234ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure and return of any remaining Main Wallet balance.
The current version of these Terms & Conditions, bearing the effective date shown at the top of this document, supersedes all prior versions.
Governing Law, Disputes, and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes regarding its formation, validity, breach, or termination — shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures for gaming-related matters.
PAGCOR Complaints Procedure: If you believe 234ph has acted in breach of its PAGCOR licensing obligations, you may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official complaint channels after first exhausting 234ph's internal dispute resolution process. 234ph's support team can provide guidance on the complaint escalation procedure upon request.
Any claim against 234ph must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which the Player became aware, or reasonably should have become aware, of the matter giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this period are time-barred.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
